How much does a typical interior repaint cost?
Most full-interior repaints in our market run between $4,500 and $12,000 depending on square footage, ceiling height, trim work, and how much prep is needed. We give you the number — and it doesn't move unless the scope does.
How long does an exterior take?
A single-family exterior is typically 4–7 working days from pressure-wash to final walk-through. Coastal homes with extra carpentry repair add a day or two. We schedule around weather and give you a rolling daily plan.
Do you paint in the winter in SC?
Yes. Lowcountry winters are mild enough to paint exteriors most days; we just watch dew points and surface temps and adjust the schedule. Interiors run year-round.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Workmanship — peeling, blistering, or chalking caused by our prep or application. We come back at no charge. Manufacturer paint warranties run on top of ours and we help you file if it ever comes to that.
How do you handle HOA color approvals?
On Hilton Head, Bluffton, Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, and most master-planned communities we already know the approval process. We pull the swatch, draft the submission, and sit on the email until you're cleared.
What deposit do you require?
Most residential projects: 50% to schedule, balance on completion. Larger commercial jobs are billed in milestones. Cards, ACH, and check accepted.
