How does Hilton Head humidity affect exterior paint?
Coastal humidity eats cheap paint. We default to premium acrylic lines (SW Duration, BM Aura) for exteriors here, plus mildew-resistant primers on shaded elevations. Cheap paint fails in 3–4 years on HHI; proper-spec exteriors last 8–10.
Can you handle HOA/ARB color approvals?
Yes. We prepare the submission packet, source the pre-approved colors when possible, and manage the review cycle. We know the ARB quirks in Sea Pines, HHP, Long Cove, and Wexford specifically.
