These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Color Splash Painting website and the painting services we provide. By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Color Splash Painting provides residential and commercial painting and coating services across the South Carolina Lowcountry and surrounding areas. The scope, materials, and price of any project are set out in the written estimate we provide for that specific job.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on the scope discussed and observed at the time of the walkthrough. What we quote is what you pay — the price does not change unless the scope of work changes (for example, added rooms, additional surfaces, or hidden repairs discovered after work begins). Any change in scope will be discussed and agreed with you before we proceed.
Scheduling
We confirm your start date in advance and keep you informed of the daily plan. Weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions can affect timing on exterior and specialty work; if the schedule shifts, you will hear it from us first.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated in your estimate, most residential projects require a deposit to schedule, with the balance due upon completion. Larger commercial projects may be billed in milestones. We accept major cards, ACH, and check. Past-due balances may be subject to a late charge as permitted by South Carolina law.
Workmanship warranty
We back our workmanship with a written three-year warranty covering peeling, blistering, or chalking caused by our preparation or application. If a covered issue arises, we return and make it right at no cost to you. Manufacturer paint warranties apply on top of ours. The warranty does not cover damage from structural movement, moisture intrusion, abuse, or normal wear.
Your responsibilities
To help your project run smoothly, please provide safe access to the work areas and move or protect fragile or valuable items where practical. Our crews take care to protect your property and leave the job site clean each day.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under South Carolina law that cannot be waived.

All content on this website — text, images, project photos, logos, and design — is owned by Color Splash Painting or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in South Carolina.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and the current version always governs your use of the site.
